You learn a lot of trivia from “soft news” …the French monogram their forks and spoons on the back; the English the front …when meeting royalty and religious figures, nod, place hands together upward, or, curtsey …. pasta is cooked with salt and no oil….. water makes you weep, wine makes you sing so drink wine.
